MUNI is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enhance your online experience. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy. MUNI will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law. Therefore, you must read this Privacy Policy. Please note that by using our e-shop, you accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

If you wish to purchase our products, you may be asked at various times to provide us with personal data such as the following:

• First and last names;
• Country, town / city, postcode / ZIP, street address;
• Phone number.

We need to process this personal data to be able to transact your purchases, provide you with customer service, correspond with you, handle claims asserted by you or us, assure the technical administration of our e-shop, and manage our customer data.

You may also provide us your email, and we will send you our newsletter.

When does MUNI disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

MUNI does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of MUNI, our users, or others.

Personal data will be disclosed to third-party companies which provide, on behalf of muni.lt, specific services as Data Processors or to other recipients of personal data collected by muni.lt, which autonomously process your personal data only for the performance of a contract for the purchase of products on muni.lt (such as, for example, PAYPAL, STRIPE) and only when such purpose does not exceed the purposes for which your personal data was collected and subsequently processed and, in any case, according to applicable laws and regulations.

Third-party services

We have entered into agreements with data processors who take care of the security of your personal data. The data processors PayPal, Stripe, makecommerce.lt, Omnisend, engaged by us, ensure the security of your personal data, the appropriateness of their systems and operations is confirmed by relevant ISO standards and recognized in the European Union.

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will only be provided to the service providers who have concluded contracts with us. The information we disclose to third parties listed below is not excessive, given the services provided by the said PayPal, Stripe, Paysera, Omnisend:

~When you order from our workshop, we are using the delivery companies in order to deliver you the products. We will provide delivery companies your [name, surname, address, and phone number].

~Financial transactions are handled by our payment service providers PayPal, makecommerce.lt and Stripe. We share the details of your payments with the respective service providers participating in muni.lt only to the extent necessary for processing your payments and handling complaints and managing issues related to such payments;

~PayPal, makecommerce.lt or Stripe services are used as payment gateways; therefore, we do not collect any of your personal data related thereto. When making payments for muni.lt or third-party services, you are using services and providing your information directly to it;

E-bank payments are processed via makecommerce.lt system, Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallin 10414, Estonia, reg. nbr. 12268475), which use your personal data for collecting your payments on www.muni.lt. 

~Omnisend services are used in order to send you our newsletters. For this purpose, we submit your email, country, and name for Omnisend, which acts only as a mare data processor and cannot use your data for its own purposes.

Our Privacy Policy applies only during your operation and use of muni.lt. If you will leave Labadiena or will be redirected to third-party services, such as a payment section, our Privacy Policy will no longer be in force and you will not be subject to it.

In no way shall we be responsible for the content of other websites or applications.

Cookies

muni.lt uses automatic systems of data collection, such as cookies. A cookie is a device transmitted to the hard disk of an Internet user; it does not contain intelligible information but it allows linking between an Internet user to his/her personal information provided by the user on muni.lt. Cookies are disseminated by our servers and no one may gain access to the information contained therein. Only muni.lt processes information collected by cookies, in a collective and anonymous way, in order to optimize its services and its website for the needs and preferences of its users.

We have provided cookies in connection to functions such as browsing the catalog, purchasing products online, and supplying „muni.lt” services.
